Hustle & Heart Refund & Returns Policy

Standard Return & Exchange Policy
 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hustle & Heart purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.
 

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time we process your request. We cannot guarantee that the exact size, style, or color will be available.

  • Returns and exchanges typically take 7–10 business days to process once we receive the item(s) at our facility.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Sale prices, limited-time promotions, or event discounts (such as seasonal sales) cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.


Extended Holiday Policy
 

For purchases made between November 1 and December 20, we extend our return and exchange period to 60 days to accommodate holiday gift giving.

Defective or Damaged Items
 

If you believe you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
 

For health and safety reasons, certain items (such as worn apparel, custom products, or gift cards) may not be eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items are also non-returnable.
